PPI’s Founding President, Fred Palmerton, P.E., Receives Washington University Alumni Achievement Award

PPI’s founding President, Mr. Fred Palmerton, P.E., received Washington University’s 2019 McKelvey Engineering Award for Alumni Achievement.  Mr. Palmerton is a 1960 graduate of Washington University, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.  He credits Washington University with providing the foundation for his long career in Geotechnical Engineering, and emphasizes how important it is for individuals to help others, as they themselves have been helped along their personal and professional pathways.
