PPI offers a full-range of Geotechnical Engineering, Subsurface Drilling, Construction Materials Testing, and Environmental Services. The Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing Departments are supported by comprehensive soils, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt laboratories that are certified by the USACE and AASHTO. A subsurface drilling fleet of eight (8) rigs and numerous highly experienced drillers enables PPI to collect the field data necessary for sound Geotechnical Engineering design.

PPI’s Environmental, Geophysical, and Specialty Capabilities complement our core business by providing additional resources and depth of expertise. PPI can respond quickly and confidently to Client needs for environmental services prior to property acquisition or when unexpected contamination is encountered during construction. Geophysical studies provide additional tools for subsurface investigation, site characterization, and other applications. PPI also maintains a variety of specialty equipment that allows us to provide unique testing and forensic investigation services for our Clients.
